The Client is obtaining photos for personal use only and shall not sell said photos for any purposes. No commercial use is granted by the issuance of photos. Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from the Photographer. The Client understands that the Photographer retains the right to use and share the photos online. It is not permitted to give photos to vendors whose products are photographed to use for advertising or promotion without the approval of the Photographer. It is preferred if Client should post online to tag Photographer in post as to credit work provided. 

Copyright: The copyright of photographs remains with the Photographer. The Photographer grants the Clients permission to make copies of the images under the following conditions. Any images taken by the Photographer are for personal use only by the Clients and their friends and relatives.
